Dancer says replacing both knees was the best thing she ever did. “I was hesitant to have surgery, but I had to look down the road at the end result,” she says. “It’s incredible how my life returned with my mobility.” She adds that because of her last name, she has always taken to ending conversations with a high kick, just for fun. “Before my surgery, I was in constant pain,” Dancer says, “but now I can do my signature high kick again.”
