Joseph
Oh, Joseph's always smiling. Joseph's always friendly. Joseph always greets people and is always ready to lend a helping hand. As a hospital engineer, his work often happens behind the scenes, but his positive attitude and readiness to step in never go unnoticed. If something goes wrong, you do want Joseph there. Joseph will show up. Joseph's always on time, Joseph, you can always trust that he's gonna be there.

Lewis
Working with Lewis, he is not only focused on his role as an RT, but he's looking out for the wellbeing of the patient as a whole. Lewis is always like wanting to make sure that the baby's positioning is great, that he's helping the nurse through the whole amount of cares. He's also talking with the parents, explaining things so it's not just like, his one little role. He's very knowledgeable and approachable. He's always a joy to work with. He's always in a great mood and I know that we're gonna do the best we can for our patients that day.

Lisa
When I walk into the cafe, I know that Lisa's going to greet me by name and the person behind me and the person in front of me by name. She knows a little bit about all of us. That just adds the extra layer of love. Being part of a team means that we are not doing this thing alone. We know that we all have difficult days and wonderful days, and during our difficult days, the team kinda helps to bring us up and during our wonderful days, we can help pull up the other people that are maybe struggling. It's just nice to know that we're all part of the same mission. We're all in this thing together as a team. Our goal is the same, to care for this community. Lisa, thank you for being intentional about helping all of us to feel seen and acknowledged and loved by you in just a small, unique, beautiful way each day.

Perlita
Perlita is like our lab mom. She definitely keeps us on our toes and keeps us on track of everything that we need to do and take care of. I just really appreciate how we all work really well together. She does a lot of like the stocking and the organizing and she's really on top of all of that and tries and keeps us on on our jobs. Perlita, you are amazing. We just love having you. I don't know what the lab would be like without you, to be honest. Do I wanna say this? I don't know. Something I like to say about Perl is she may be tiny, but may she be mighty.

Mason
I have always been number one fans of anyone who works in the basement, 'cause they make the wheels of the operation happen, and Mason is the key driver of that for us. And since the minute I got here, he's been nothing but supportive. I am the personality at the bedside or whoever's at the bedside. But all those parts, all those things, all those IVs, pumps, plugs, that's them. That's him. The process of as simple as getting a line placed, making sure that's the same kit every time, making sure that we're following the process that the manufacturer recommends. He's very detail oriented, but in the greatest way, right? He takes care of the tiniest patients in the hospital. How many times a day do you go to someone and you're like, "Yeah, I need this little thing that looks like this," and he does it. He figures it out. He's a prize.

Michelle
Michelle, she's always so just joyful and encouraging. She's definitely an uplifting person. She's just super caring and, you know, wants the best for the patients. People that need physical therapy, obviously some of 'em are laying in bed and not able to move, whether it's after surgery or someone that just has been bedridden for a long time and has decreased mobility strength wise. So when you have someone like Michelle come in and really encourage and get people to get up and move around, I think it helps a lot for them to be able to see that there is progress that can be made. And I think Michelle does a great job of that.
